I build and deliver enterprise IT services, specifically with a focus on storage and data protection for a global technology consulting firm. I get to see what’s happening in lots of large enterprise companies worldwide, stay close to technical and business leaders of emerging technology firms, and in doing so get glimpses into what I see as a significant phase-shift in IT infrastructure. I like what I do, and that’s part of why I want to write about it.
This blog is about keeping pace with a radically shifting foundation for IT infrastructure and associated services. My goal is to share insights, solicit feedback, and create a positive place for exchange of ideas. And organic diversions are fair game.
